Bandar Sri Sendayan at Seremban is our latest joint venture comprehensive township project between the Negeri Sembilan State Agency, Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan (Incorporation) and us through our subsidiary company, BSS Development Sdn. Bhd. Briefly, this mega township development comprising of approximately 20,000 units of various ranges of residential, commercial and industrial properties with a total GDV of approximately RM 3 Billion, it will take about 15 years to complete.
