On 26 May 2008, state government agency Menteri Besar Inc of Negeri Sembilan signed a deal to sell 200 acres land in Bandar Sri Sendayan to Run Education Sdn Bhd, the owner and manager of International University College of Nursing (IUCN).
IUCN, the first and only international university dedicated to nursing education, target to take in international and local students with 60:40 ratio respectively. Construction will start by June 2008 and ready to take in 20,000 students from September 2009.
