On 26 May 2008, state government agency Menteri Besar Inc of Negeri Sembilan signed a deal to sell 200 acres land in Bandar Sri Sendayan to Run Education Sdn Bhd, the owner and manager of International University College of Nursing (IUCN).

IUCN, the first and only international university dedicated to nursing education cost a total investment of RM200 million, it will start construction by June 2008 and will be ready in July 2009.

Strategically located in Bandar Sri Sendayan and only 35km from the KL International Airport, IUCN would attract students from all over the world. International and local student ratio would be targeted at 60:40 ratio respectively.

The first 5,000 students intake is expected to be in September 2009 and IUCN would eventually accommodate 20,000 students by 2011.
